When you search for an address on the map view in Aktivov by typing in the address in the search field, you need to click on the address that is displayed below the search box in order for the pin to be placed on the correct location on the map and for the Location Address field to be populated. Here are the steps:

1.Type in the address you are searching for.

2.Click on the appropriate address from the list that displays below the search box.

3.Click on the blue pin that is placed on the map at the correct location and then click the WR, WO, or IN button.

4.The “Loc. Address” field in the form should be populated.

If you just type in an address in the search box and *don’t* click on the address that pops-up below the search box, the system will place a blue pin on the map, but when you start a WR, WO, or IN the location address field will *not* be populated and the pin on the map will default to a location in south Marysville. We have multiple pins at one location that are actually for requests at other addresses.
